Colin Miller is the Associate Dean for Faculty Development and a professor at the University of South Carolina School of Law. His areas of expertise include Evidence, Criminal Law and Procedure, and Civil Procedure. In 2007, Professor Miller created EvidenceProf Blog, which explores recent precedent, scholarship, and news related to the rules of evidence. In addition to his work on Undisclosed, Professor Miller provided pro bono assistance in the Breonna Taylor case and drafts Compassionate Release motions and amicus curiae briefs to the Supreme Court.
